Poured in a hazy orange with a foamy two finger eggshell white head. Aroma is apricots with notes of wheat. The flavor was malty wheat with a pronounced apricot flavor. Finish is sweetly mild an malty. This was an interesting diversion for me, but not something I would look to on a regular basis. gfolivares (67), McAllen, Texas, USA

Very fragrant with sweet aromas of dried apricot candy, peaches, and fruit coctail syrup. Medium bodied with satisfying mouth feel. Very appetitzing taste with suggestion of peach gummies, carrot cake, and, of course, apricot puree. Gentle malt finish with lingering fruit syrup notes. Perhaps a sweeter fruit beer than most flavored wheat beers, but not overwelmingly sweet and surprisingly refreshing. I, personally, do not care for apricots, but found a liking to this brew and have been buying it regularly. Try with a fruit tart desert, or a salad with pecans and rasberry vinagrette dressing. cwesebaum (1), Texas, USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | May 8, 2008 This is the most amazing beer! I was a wine fanatic until I had a glass of this beer and was instantly converted. The only fault it has is that it’s not sold at typical alcohol stores. You have to go to an actual liquor/beer store to find it. Seriously, so amazing!!! You have to try it. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA

Wheat aroma with........you guessed it, apricot. The flavor is pretty much the same. It has an almost sour on the tongue upfront but ends more on the sweet side. Light and dry. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 27, 2008 This is pretty gross. Pours an orange color with a small off white head. Nose is apricots but for some reason I associate this smell with childrens cold medicine. Taste is sweet and fruity but seems artificial. I don’t like it but I will say that the apricot taste really comes through in this beer which is impressive. partyninja (17), Portland, Oregon, USA
