Oct 27, 2007 12oz bottle.. pours a light fire orange with weak fruit aroma... decent taste with the wheat encompassing the apricot flavor.. not a fan of fruit beers but the apricot is light enough to allow for some decent hops to take the lead.. not bad, not great..

Oct 22, 2007 Color is hazy light orange. Again no head. Nice mix of apricot and wheat in the aroma. Flavor is pretty similar. A super wheaty American Wheat ale with notes of natural apricots. A good fruit beer, but I dont think it is as good as Lost Coast Apricot.

Oct 18, 2007 12oz bottle. Meh, saw something (this) new at the bar and thought I would give it a shot. Pours hazy brown/orange with a smallish white head. Aroma and taste is flauntingly apricot, so much it is hard to pick up on anything besides that and maybe a bit of caramel and sweet malt. Decent mouthfeel... I feel like this one is trying too hard to be apricot.

Oct 14, 2007 First off, I’m not a big fan of fruit beers. However, they did a pretty good job with this one. Strong apricot flavor. It could be balanced better. I would have liked a softer rounder mouthfeel, but I suppose that’s not characteristic of apricot juice either.

Oct 9, 2007 12 oz. bottle at a local sports bar. really not too bad. poured a honey gold with a small white head. aroma and flavor was all about the apricot. might have been better on a hot summer day, but still enjoyable.

Oct 7, 2007 Draft at the Safeco Field brewpub. Perfectly cloudy dark gold. Slim rim of white with a tiny ring of lace. Medium body, carb is slightly raw. Reconstituted apricot syrup pretty much predominates, though thankfully it falls short of being overpowering. Not much going on here. Bit of an aspartame-ish cling for a finish.

Oct 2, 2007 33cl bottle. I found their traditional hefe rather unremarkable and this is the same way. The fruit flavouring tastes rather like chemicals. Very sweet.

Sep 29, 2007 Updated: Oct 3, 2007Smells like weird apricots. Tastes like weird apricots in a weird tasting hefe. The artificial flavor on this one made me wish I was dead. And I drink shasta soda regularly! I had to pour it down the drain!
