Reforms nicely in to a bright white head upon swirling. Nice apricot aroma. Light grainy aroma also. Medium golden orange in color. Light and fruity in flavor with peaches and apricots. Quite good actually. Minimal malts and a bit of a bitter palate. Crisp with a hint of butter. Finish is a little dry and has a lingering butter and apricot aftertaste. A pretty good fruit beer. boFNjackson (1314), Portland, Oregon, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 29, 2006 Bottle. Enjoy by 112206 on the neck. Pours an orange-gold with a small white head. Nose is big apricot. Some hints of peach, wheat and yeast as well. Some cereal like grains come through in spots too. I almost get a Quaker Oatmeal Peaches and Cream aroma from this. Taste magnifies the apricot, some more peachiness, wheat, and softer yeast notes. Body is soft and there’s almost a powdery or chalky feel in spots. Moderate carbonation to this as well. Finishes with more apricot, grains and light yeast. Not bad! jon112981 (327), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 17, 2006 Bottle. Very clear and heady beer. The light white foam went away at first sip. Yellow and cloudy in color. Strong taste of appricot and wheat. Not an everday beer. marchcow (664), Coralville, Iowa, USA

Flavor is strong apricot with a wheat beer background. I slightly bitter taste on the finish. I thought this was enjoyable to drink. Smooth. Good for certain occations and refreshing. benpickens (136), Bloomington, Indiana, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 27, 2006 Updated: Dec 11, 2006I’m not big on fruity beers (since I just like beer), but this is really nice. The apricot flavor is a bit obvious, but tasty, with allusions to orange and even peach notes. Maybe a little too yeasty and carbonated, which just don’t seem to be ideal with the apricot flavor. It has a strangely bitter aftertaste, but not enough to be a turn-off - it was just unexpected given the initial sweetness.
Overall, something I’d like to have once in a while, but not every day. This beer can’t go beyond being a novelty, though it is a good one. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 27, 2006 Pours a slightly pink hazy color. Smells sweet. Tastes of apricots. Very sweet. The first one you try is good and then gradually it becomes too overpoweringly sugary. Should have held back a bit on the fruit.
