Commercial Description:
Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

Sweet aroma and taste with a little wheat mixed in with the apricot. Almost no head. Nice to mix in with a couple other light beers. I wouldn’t want to drink more than one in a sitting.

Pours a slightly hazy gold color. thin foamy head that disipates very quickly. Heavy apricot aroma. Lots of apticot flavor with a little bitterness. Almost no carbonation.

I hade the Ale version of this brew. Tastse like beer flavored apricot soda. I had one and loved it so I got a couple of six packs, it took me a while to finish. A fun beer, but after a few it gets to be a little to much. Very fruity aroma and flavor.

Huge aroma! Smelled like a real apricot! However it didn’t taste like one. Maybe too much carbonation? Drinks like a light beer with a slightly smooth, hardly noticable fruit. Buy it for your gf or wife and just tell her to smell it!

Smells like apricots and tastes like apricots. No complexity and almost no beer taste. Not recommended unless you hate the taste of beer.

pours a hazy warm yellow with lots of lacing and lots of bubble. Smells sour, sweet and bitter... strong but kind of not good. Tastes sweet and sour of juicy poached apricots. finishes smooth and creamy like a smoothie.

Amazingly tempting apricot smell, a cloudy gold appearance, and a taste that’s drowned in citrus. This probably sounds better than it actually tastes.

Light golden amber color, thin head that dwindles down. Very cloudy, unfiltered [I’m all about unfiltered!] Some lace that thinly slips down the glass. Great apricot aroma [especially if you like apricots]. Very drinkable on a hot sweaty summer afternoon. But maybe not for someone who doesn’t like apricots.
