Distinct aroma of apricot. Medium-bodied, lightly sulphurous with distinct apricot flavours. But overwhelmingly a rather dry and fresh fruit beer with a subdued bitterness. High drinkability. 100506 JohnCiacci (16), Hackney, England

Europe EAT your heart out with your crappy SKOL lager and Carling Stella krap, now this is a nice Wheat Beer with a twist! Stick to your Carling dumb English! bigred462 (3), Muncie, Indiana, USA does not count | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 4, 2006 I have tried only a handful of fruit beers, but this is by far the best I’ve had thusfar. The apricot flavor is right out in front with a nice hoppy tone to it. kc8wor (7), Columbus, Ohio, USA does not count | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 29, 2006 This is a beer done very well. Sure, the name of this brewery is stupid and unoriginal, but the beer is amazing. The apricot is very appropriate for this style. It compliments the sweet wheat flavor nicely. I look forward to purchasing more of this product in the future. blueduk (118), Eugene, Oregon, USA

The fruity aromas and flavors of apricot and peach are not only prominent, but are amplified by the wheat beer style. Nonetheless, the beer has the refreshing quality you expect from a weizen, and that tangy wheat flavor. keoki182 (305), West Bend, Wisconsin, USA

Holding it up to a light, I noticed it is slightly cloudy in appearance. The head dissipated quickly, but tracings clung in minute amounts to the sides of the glass. The aroma was a very subdued apricot scent (compared to my expectations) with a touch of grass. The flavor of the beer naturally brought to mind apricots, but was slightly bitter. There was a significant aftertaste considering how little taste appeared while drinking the beer. The mouthfeel was unimpressive; this beer looks and felt like a slightly thicker macro. Not bad for a different kind of beer, but certainly nothing I would seek out again. patrick767 (2051), fort wayne, Indiana, USA

A hard pour yielded a medium sized, rapidly fading head. The strong aroma is of, you guessed it, apricots. That’s about it. It smells good if you like the smell of apricots. It tastes like some kind of apricot syrup dumped in a very weak weizen. The body is very thin and on the too fizzy side. It has a refreshing, very light finish. This one just isn’t very good.
