Take a mediocre wheat base and add apricot syrup to it, and voilla, you have this one. It was surprisingly refreshing when it was ice cold, but dont let this one warm up. It will get those panties off. labattfreak (58), Coldwater, Michigan, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Mar 19, 2006 It has a wonderful apricot flavor. Good combination of wheat and apricot. This would be very good with a fish entree. BobbyW3363 (154), Birmingham, Alabama, USA

Flavor is also mostly apricot with not much else. The wheat beer side of it is like a very simple backdrop for the apricot flavor; very simple, no complexity. The apricot does blend well with the overall flavor and is not at all too sweet or unbalanced. Despite it’s lack of complexity and character, this beer is a very drinkable and enjoyable session beer, especially for the summer. DJMonarch (6941), Northwich, Cheshire, England

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 5, 2006 Poured cloudy with a descent white head. Aroma blasts your nose with fruit and citris with the strongest being the apricot for sure. The flavor was very smooth and really felt light and would really go well with a spring grill or seafood. It tasted complete and finished smooth and sweet with that apricot still showing itself. Overall a descent flavored brew beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Feb 25, 2006 I was surprised by this brew. Nice combination of the fruitiness of apricots and citrus with a hefeweizen feel. It poured a goldish hue with a nice white head. Taste was well balanced and suited my palate very well. Probably my favorite fruit beer to date. Sincere (145), wichita, Kansas, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 19, 2006 Updated: Nov 22, 200612 oz bottle, pours a beautiful, rich yellow color with substantial head that fades. Smells strongly of apricots. Very bubbly, and opaque in appearance and mouthfeel, with an incredibly smooth apricot-laced taste. I was very suprised by how great of an aftertaste this had: it was like sweet nothing. No bitterness, no dry pucker-mouth, just apricots, as advertised. At the risk of sounding like a raging alcoholic, I’d still suggest this as a great brunch beer. When I see everyone else’s review, I wonder if I got a lucky bottle or if most of this beer sent out is tainted.
