Commercial Description:
Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

What a charming, delightful beer this is. It arrived in the glass with a frothy white head of perhaps a finger’s thickness on top of a medium gold body. The pleasing aroma of apricots was immediately evident. Such a delicious nose this beer brings! The taste was highly enjoyable, being very much the same as the scent. Mouthfeel was anything but cloying, and it finished nicely.

Pours clear golden with an off white. Aroma is sweet and slightly tart. While the apricot flavor in this beer dominates, the wheat and some depth. Carbonation level high and there is a tartness in the finish but its not bad, just not good either. Overall the beer is avg.

Bottle. Poured cloudy apricot with thin fast dissipating head. Strong aroma of apricot and not much else. Flavour is mostly apricot as well, sweet with tartness. Citrusy finish. I like apricot juice, but this was too unbalanced.

Apricot aroma was a bit too strong for me. I would have dialed it down a notch. Nice orange cloudy wheat appearance, though head was thin and did not last long. Overall a very drinkable fruit beer. I wouldn’t go out of my way to order this,

Poured a hazy golden color with little head and minimal lacing. Sweet apricot flavor took a little time to develop on the palate. Finished slightly bitter. Overall good, but not as great as other fruit beers.

Pale orange-brown with a thin white head. Huge apricot aroma. Lightly wheaty, taste is big apricot, feels artificial.

Pours clear golden with an off white head that actually leaves some lacing as you drink. Aroma is sweet and slightly tart. While the apricot flavor in this beer dominates, the wheat plays a nice secondary role adding more character and some depth. Carbonation level is some what high and there is a tartness in the finish but its not bad, just not good either. Overall the beer is nice on a warm night after mowing the lawn.

Pours a cloudy golden color. Aroma of apricot and peach. Strong Apricot flavor. Not too bad, but slightly overwhelming.
