Flavor is also overpowering amounts of apricot, not that that is a bad thing. This beer puts the fruit in fruit beer. Reminds me of Grandma’s jam. pbjclimber (150), Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, USA

Hazy pale amber color, probably due ti the Weisen part of the beer. Not much of a head. 5000 (2589), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 1, 2005 Bottle: Straw in color, somewhat hazy, thin fizzly white head, spotty lacing, light carbonation.   Freeze dried apricot/peach nose.   Reminds me of that Post cereal that has the peach bits in it.   Moderate wheaty flavor, defnite apricot/peach aspect, somewhat artificial.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Fairly clean finish, very soft apricot lingers for quite a while (bonus point).   The weizen aspect of this beer is fairly light, but rather it be a weizen than a pale.

Amber in color with nice frothy white head. Goes down smooth with somewhat of a light body to it. eve (240), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 19, 2005 Strong apricot aroma, pale cloudy straw color, light biscuit-malt hints, lots of lemon, surprisingly not sweet, which was a nice surprise. Still, the apricot overwhelms any subtler elements that might be in there. JakeFr5150 (23), Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, USA

Pours a nice golden/orangy color - cloudy. Smells strongly of apricot - very robust. Taste leaves a little to be desired. Typical weak fruit taste that most beers in this genre have. Not sure what was going on with the flavor - almost like it was changing flavors in my mouth from Budweiser to Apricots. Weird. Finishes rather smooth, but with a funky aftertaste. Ok, but not really recommended.
