Commercial Description:
Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

I had this one at the brewery in Seattle. I got it on a whim and fell in love with it. The apricot is not as pronounced as you may think. Its fruity with a malty taste. I really enjoyed this!

12 oz bottle from the Utah State Store. Pours a bright and cloudy orange color with a small white head. The aroma is heavy apricots, sweet and pungent. The flavor is basically a mix of tons of apricot and lots of wheat. It tastes quite natural and pretty easygoing. Not bad.

A truly horrendous beer. I’m not a big fan of fruit beers in general but this is not going to win me over. My wife bought a sixer and it sat in my beer cabinet for over two years.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy orange color with a white head. Aroma of apricots. Tastes of apricots and a hint of wheat. It is a little thin but otherwise it is an ok beer.

Pours a hazy transparent golden amber with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malts and fruity apricots. Starts with decent fullness and carbonation with a good balance of sweet sugary apricot and a touch of tart fruitiness before a drier, smooth finish. A pretty drinkable and refreshing brew.

I thought this beer was pretty good. Light and very easy to drink. Pale orange pour with a white head. Aroma is sweet of malts and fruit. Taste is also sweet. The apricots go really well with the wheat.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange. Almost no head. Big apricot nose with hints of wheat and maybe sweet bananas. Similar taste, but overwhelmingly sweet. More grain notes come out later, but can’t shake the sweetness. One might be tasty on a hot summer day, but just one.
