(Draught) Brown bubbly head with an opaque body. Coffee and caramel nose. Very roasted maltiness in flavour with keen coffee notes. The cocoa powder makes an appearance shortly in the finish. Good.

Tap. Solid black with a nice brown head. Aroma is roasted malty and chocolate. The nitro makes it smooth and creamy.

on draft at berkeley: pours with a nice thick creamy head, maybe a little darker then guinness and head a little darker. coffee notes in the nose. taste somewhat the same choc malt and slight bittering hops....not nearly as big as i had hopped. thougtht by the nose it was going to be something special but fell short of my expectations.

Black and creamy. Aroma of roasted malt. Slightly bitter. Roasted flavor. A touch of sourness. Very creamy mouthfeel. Bigger than most dry stouts. Fairly nice although something here is a little off. Yeast funk?

Nitro, chocolate and coffee flavors. Mildly bitter. Pretty basic. Could use a drier finish.
