European Saisons are a perfect summer and harvest time specialty style. Characteristics of Saisons are a full orange color; powerful carbonation; a creamy soft texture with a very fruity, citric sourness and often spicy notes. Saisons are light and easy drinking, and are often lower in alcohol, making for a great session style ale.

On tap Pyramid Seattle location Pours out a cloudy gold topped with a white head. Aroma was notes of citrus orange and some lemeon and a little spice. Taste was more of the spice and some citrus a little yeast. This was almost like a whit. Just ok.
