| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jun 4, 2006 Smells of medium roasty malt, with a hint of lemon. Color of overripe apricot. A bit thin, with grassy notes. And malt. And malt. But not sweet thicky malt. Just malt. Finishes thin, with a bit more sour than bitter. And the malt hangs in to the end. Very drinkable, but not what I’d stock up for a desert island. GG (1678), NorCal, California, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 12, 2006 I know it’s meant to be consumed during the Fall months, but I just recently got my hands on one. The aroma is malt, malt and more malt. It also has a sweet grassyness to it which I found appealing. Appearance is like a burnt orange/bronze hue with a nice off-white heat. Mouthfeel was nice and smooth. Flavor was huge in the malt department with a nice bite on the end that lets you know you are drinking a beer. I found the drinkability of this beer to be outstanding and quite, quite good. If I find this again, I will buy in a heartbeat. oldrtybastrd (1846), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 27, 2005 Draft. Dark amber color. Aromas were malty, as were the flavors. A little roastiness, but overall, nothing that will standout in my memory. Kwiskwis (11), Port Orchard, Washington, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 18, 2005 Another great seasonal from Pyramid. The palate is smooth and robust. I drink it like water after I mow the lawn for the last time in October... It is sometime on tap at the brewery across from Safeco field in Seattle. Great to pound a few back on a Saturday afternoon and watch the mariners play. willblake (2191), Belcamp, Maryland, USA

Another Pyramid brew with herbal but subdued aromas, caramel, lots of malty caramel. Flavors follow suit and add a touch of Becks-ish hoppiness, sort of green pepper grassy and dandelion. It’s been on sale so I’m lapping it up. Rentalman (103), British Columbia, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 7, 2004 Updated: Oct 24, 2004(Draft) Slightly darker amber small head. Malt some spice and a bit of alcohol aroma. Spice and malt in the flavor, a bit of an unusual flavor playing in there. Highly carbonated. Light on the hops and could use some more. Not to bad but could get better.
