dark amber color with a thin head. tastes like liquid rice pudding. don't get me wrong, i enjoy rice pudding but not in beer form. if you're into this, it's probably a good fall brew

The flavor is unique with a bittersweet texture of roasted nuts. Papery body with some solvent like flavors detected. The finish is dry and makes me think of salt and pepper. Light, fruity, nutty and flavorful. An interesting beer.

Huge light tan head sits on top of very carbonated caramel colored ale. Yeasty peach is the first aroma I smell. Man, this shit is bad. Sour apple and light molasses. There is no way I'm drinkin' this shit. Oh well, a waste of $1.09 + crv.

Clear copper color with a thin vanishing head. Malty caramel nose. Opens sweet and closes slightly hoppy.

Slightly hazy amber colour with an appealing off-white head. Aroma of caramel, cherries, grapes, malt and a subtle spiceyness. Medium-bodied; Sweet caramel flavour initially fading to a plain maltiness. Aftertaste clean, somewhat sweet, but not bitter. Overall, not a great beer, but not the worst-simply mediocre! I sampled this twelve ounce beer purchased from Chevy Chase Wine & Spirits in Washington, D.C. on 29-December-2003.

Not great at all. Not much of an aroma. Deep copper color with no head. Odd taste. Kind of bitter, but no flow to the flavor.
