This was a pleasant surprise. Light and creamy mouthfeel, with light hops, and lightly sweet malty flavors. This will be my go to supermarket beer for a while I think. Very enjoyable.

Good carbonated body with a light yellow color. Had a good head and fine taste for a pilsner.

Champagne color; Average head; Heavy Saaz aroma. Very dry palate. Lots of Hallertau and Saaz. Easily the best American Pilsner that I have tasted. Very close to a European Pils.

First pyramid product didnt know what to expect. Opened the bottle, swirled and began pouring. Great aroma, mildly spicy hops, and some softer yeast aroma. Very hazy amber with some deeper orange/gold hues at the bottom. Just right on the white head. Good amount of sediment; bottle conditioned! Starts out with a fresh lightly bitter hops flavor that is in the background. Up front I find a good amount of honey flavor that is quite delicate. As it progresses there is a creamy texture, good medium body and a wonderful wonderful wonderful clear hops finish, something like Goldings, or tettnang. I wondered if it would hold up as it warmed and to my surprise the hops flavor was magnified and the body remained medium. Good carbonation level, only a touch wateriness in the middle, very very fresh flavor. Could use a bigger bolder flavor, but it is great for what it is, a nice delicate lighter pilsener. No trace of any metallic flavor in this bottle.

Bought in the 12 oz Pyramid stubbie brown bottle. The appearance is of a deep golden coloured beer that is slightly hazy.Good carbonation is present. It has a slight pure white head. The beer has a very sweet malty aroma for a pilsner, though the hops can be detected in the background. This beer surprised me with its taste, a nice honey sweet, fresh hoppy taste a very nice pilsner in my opi ion great sweetness with a well balanced small bitter "kick" at the end. Feels very nice on the tongue..not cloying and not too dry like some pilsners I have had..very nice. A most drinkable pilsner..will have again.

It is fresh, crisp and clean like the description states. I wasn't expecting too much from another pilsner, but this is surprisingly good. I could definitely see myself drinking this again.

Moderately clear light gold. Zippo head with the thinnest white edge tracings. Light carbonation stemming from the center of the glass. Pale/pils malt aroma with light herbal and citric peel hops. Medium-full body, light crispness. Toasty malts and light herby hop bitterness. Nice bitter finish and aftertaste. Very full for a pils, which is great. Easy drinking. Light sweetness. Finishes clean and well balanced. Definite Pacific coast twist on the pils theme. If this looked better it’d be a winner.
