Jun 17, 2009 Pours a nearly-clear gold with a finger of frothy white head that quickly diminishes to a thin cap with some patchy lace left in its wake. The nose is of dusty wheat and a solid, doughy yeast note backed by lighter notes of honey and bubble gum. Light-bodied. without being thin. it possesses a slick mouthfeel which transitions to a mildly sour finish. A departure from the nose, the flavor shares the same dusty wheat character but lacks the sweeter notes that make the nose somewhat pleasant. Light and slightly fruity, it’s a decent wheat, but short of someone handing a bottle to me on a hot summer day, I can’t see myself drinking this again.

Jun 1, 2009 Deep gold pour with off-white head. Hopcit and pale malt in the nose and taset, with apricoty fruit in the flavor as well, but the balance falls off late. Not bad, but not that great either. This one started very apricotty fruity for me, and trailed bitter late, which seems to be the consensus here.

May 18, 2009 2009 Peoria International Beer Fest. Pours a clear golden color with medium head. Aroma is a light wheat and lemon. Flavor starts off wheaty with a little sweetness and a light sourness to end. Overall it was bit clear and flavorless for my tasting preferences.

Apr 12, 2009 Pours golden with a small white head. Smell is dull, wheat, cardboard and faint sweetness. Taste is fairly bland with some wheaty dullness, light dry honey flavors and crisp bitterness. Medium to thin body and crisp carbonation. Clean-ish with a light muskiness to it. Decent.
