Commercial Description:
An American style light bodied wheat ale that is refreshingly flavorful. Crystal wheat ale was inspired by Pyramid’s first beer in 1984 the wheaten ale, which was the first year round wheat beer brewed in America since prohibition

This brew pours a clear golden colour with an initially large fluffy white head. Lots of carbonation, great retention in the head but zero lacing. Aroma is of honey, malt and potatoes. Taste is full on the palate, semi sweet and fruity forward with soft honey and raspberries.

Bottle. Labeled as Crystal Wheat. Looks like a pale lager, nice white head. Heavy wheat, light citrus, not much else. Very watery, some wheat, very light.

A delicious and very refreshing wheat ale. Aroma was so so. Grass with a hint of light malt. Pour was a nice light gold with a one finger white head. Taste was a nice mix of tartness and a hint of citrus. The strong carbonation overpowers the beer in a good way and makes the beer great in hot weather.

Pour is a clear yellow with an average head. Aroma is a nice malt with some grass. Flavor has a little citrus to it but overall very watery. Nothing really to this one.

Bottle: Pale golden color with a short lived white head. Dusty, grassey, and light malty aroma. Taste is dusty with light bits of wheat and even a little bit of florls. A little soapy in the tail.

Orange bodied with a thick fizzy off white head. Aroma is mild lemon, light spice, sweet maltiness. Taste is off, slight souring, not in a good way, lemony, bit of finishing spiciness.
