Pours a clear golden color with a small white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is raisin and wheat. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a sweet malt with raisin and banana. Not too much going on with this wheat ale from Pyramid. Fratto (751), Arlington, Texas, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 8, 2007 Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that fades quickly. The aroma has some wheat and some characteristic fruit (hints of spiced bananas). But it also has some earthy, almost grassy, aromas. The flavor follows the nose: wheaty, malty, and spicy. But by the middle of the tongue the grassy, bitter flavors become too strong - it could be oxidation as it causes the beer to taste a bit stale. The finish is dry and crisp with light dose of hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is a bit too high in carbonation (I know this style is supposed to be heavily carbonated, but the body of the beer is virtually undetectable due to the sting of carbon dioxide). Overall, one of my least favorite brews in the sampler at the Pyramid Alehouse in Seattle. fidelis83 (729), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 12, 2009 Pours pale gold with a thin creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, grassy and citrus hops, and a bit peppery. Flavor is wheaty, some lemon, white pepper, grassy hops, and a little crusty white bread. FInish is crisp, wheat and grass. Body is thin and slick with a nice fizz balance. Would be a great summer beer, can’t knock the beer for the fact that it is definitely not. Narnad (721), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA
