Dec 26, 2007 12 oz. bottle poured into an authentic German Altbier glass- poured transparent golden yellow, low carbonation, a decent white bubbly head. Aroma of wheat and yeast. Hits the mouth with a thin body, some tartness at the start, finish with a hop or two. A decent attempt at a kolsch, one that I’ll have to re-rate when a fresh batch comes in next year.

Dec 15, 2007 Good for a summer beer. I had it from a bottle. Very little aroma. Refreshing but lacking a lot of flavor. Light beer...I like the Goose Island 312 better.

Nov 16, 2007 Bottle poured into shaker. Clear goulden colour with a thin white head. Aroma was rather sweet with a citrus flavour. Never really found the hops.

Nov 8, 2007 Pours a clear tan, mostly head. Winds up pale yellow in the glass. Head goes away fast. Has an earthen smell. Has a watery earthen flavor with just the hint of hops.

Oct 18, 2007 Light herbal aroma with a little fruit too. Light gold color. Flavor is light and fruity. Nice and easy drinking. I guess it is pretty light in all aspects.
