Very faint citrus/floral aroma, and pours a clear light gold with almost no head. This has a very light body, with an initial burst of sweet notes, mixed with a somewhat floral flavor, and a touch of hops. It has a fairly long finish, with hints of subdued hops. Overall, a very nice beer for a hot summer night, and very sessionable.

Rated 5/19/07: Kicking off my Saturday evening with this Kolsch right before dinner and it definately hits the spot. Pale malt with a sprinkling of hops and some lemon zest for the aroma. Pale yellow pour with a large white cap and spotty lacing. Light bodied and crisp with a lingering finish. Rather tasty for the style. Along with the malt, hops, and lemon there is a nice grassy aspect to the flavor. Easy going and a nice starter brew to boot, Good Kolsch.

Bottle...a decent kolsch, with a taste of honey and wildflowers, more sweet than bitter, quite refreshing actually.

Very light yellow gold color. Small head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A light to medium bodied Kolsch. Malts are fruity and sweet. A slight touch of hop bitterness. Kind of weak and watery, but would be a good lawnmower beer. It does taste pretty good on a hot afternoon. Pretty standard tasting Kolsch, but it does have a nice dry finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Light and easy to drink beer. Pours a light gold color. Not an overpowering taste, but would buy again.

pours a straw color with a slight lacy head, aroma is of malt and slight straw, flavor is clean non-yeasty peppery malt with a very effervescent taste (similar to carbonated water). Lagers are not my favorite style so it may not be fair for me to judge but here it is.

I like this beer alot more than others because of its crisp finish and refreshing qualities. Pairs really well with the food at Pyramid Brewery. Really easy to drink. Earth tones. Clear gold, no head.
