| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 15, 2006 A slightly hazy golden pour. A dry papery taste kind of like a pilsner. A decent palate just a tad watery. A decent beer for the style. SudsMcDuff (1707), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 15, 2006 this beer has made me like kolschs again...its reminds me of a brewpub kolsch..slight hazy yellow..ok head...nice inviting aroma...good for a bbq...this would sell like hotcakes if advertised like bud, its has a pleasing bitterness and a nice backround sweetness that would definetly attract the masses. recomended if you want a good summer/spring brew! | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 7, 2006 A pure golden color with white bone fluffy topping. Aroma is lightly sensed with a minimum amount of smells like grain malt and grass. Flavor becomes more evident with a nice sweetness and light fruit of banana flavor. Clean crisp and has character. This is above average for Pyramid.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 21, 2006 Pours clear golden with a white head that leave quickly. Aroma has lightly husky grain with little bits of sweetness. Medium / light bodied with moderate carbonation. Taste has husky grains and a musky taste - not much of the ’clean’ tasting Kolsch I’m used to. Finish is lightly spicy and kind of dirty. Fair Kolsch. sliffy (2012), Columbus, Ohio, USA

Aroma is of citrus, yeast, lemon, and earthy spices. Flavor is the same with some of the herbs in the background. It’s an ok brew but definately nothing special. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 11, 2006 Draft. Aroma: Light grass and a bit of citrus. Appearance: Poured clear with a light orange color. Small, white, rocky head. Flavor: Sweet up front, with some herbalness. Winey in the middle and finish. Not much hop flavor or bitterness. Palate: Light bodied. Texture was a little watery. Carbonation was lively and appropriate. Overall: A good ’lawn-mower’ beer, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to hunt it down. dwedin (238), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 10, 2006 I smell light citrus, light skunkiness, and a cheesy smell. Sweet flavor medium body nice balance of bitterness, clean brew. Balanced finish. I imagine this being a little sweeter than a Kolsch is supposed to be but it’s pretty good.
