| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 18, 2005 This really only hits the spot in the hot summer months-especially here in Vegas, a golden refreshing beer is a requirement. Nothing terribly spectacular, but it’s widely available and is worlds better than anything else you can get after hours in town. Initial smell of spices and fruit, and a tangy sort of spice taste to it. Leaves an interesting bitterness in the mouth for quite a while, but quite pleasant. Or maybe it just tastes so good because it was 117 outside today.. jhliesen (406), West Melbourne, Florida, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 10, 2005 12 oz bottle - Pours golden with a short white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is of light malts and grains and slight hops. Flavor is slightly grapefruit and citrus over light malts. Very light and airy on the palate. Crisp and clean and refreshing on a summer day, but fairly light in flavor. It’ll work to wash down barbecue on the deck though. dwyerpg (2545), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 8, 2005 Looks bad, smells okay. This beer may be good a very hot day, but perhaps not. Isn’t even as good as the Alaskan Summer kolsch, which is only okay. Hooker (450), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 25, 2005 Bottle: Not that impressed with this one, although I will finish off the two remaining bottles! Can you say "light?" Light malts, light hops, light gold hue, light body, light and white head, virtually no lacing, watery texture, soft carbonation, and a lightly astringent finish. The only things that stood out to me a tiny bit were the hints of grapefruit from the hops and an initial sweet flavor.
