had this at the berkeley alehouse, the was a nice looking beer, but was too bitter, had a beautiful chocolate flavor but was dwarfed by the bitterness

Very dark brown. Roast malt aroma. Very slight fruitiness. Slightly bitter. Nice roast flavor. Smooth, silky mouthfeel. Best Pyramid beer I've had so far.

Tap at Berkeley. I liked this pretty well for a porter but I don’t drink a lot of porters. Chocolate and mild roast flavors. Fairly crisp and decently carbonated.

Decent Porter. On tap - Berkeley. Chocolate, roast, mild bitterness, well balanced. One of the better beers at this location.

Tap. I had this at the Berkeley Alehouse. Dark brown. Roasted malt flavors and a grainy body. A fair effort but not very complex.
