tangentrider (144), USA Jan 16, 2008 Cloudy, dark gold beer with a nearly absent, disappearing head. Aroma is malt with some fruit aroma. Flavor has a nice bite, a very mild touch of sweetness, and mild hop bitterness. Finish is a pleasant sweetness with hop and clean, but fades a bit quickly. Refreshing, but not a sipper. sandollor (47), Germany Jan 15, 2008 Wheity hops in aroma and a slight hops with carbonation for the taste. Not bad, but not a great beer either. mar (1740), Rowlett, Texas, USA Jan 12, 2008 murky orange pour with lots of fruit and wheat on the nose. a little thick on the palate with slight carbonation and a whole lot of wheat. STEPHENDR (478), California, USA Jan 4, 2008 12 oz. glass bottle- color of pale yellow, with a thick frothy white head - nose of yeast, crisp, light spice, sour light colored fruit, and flat – taste of yeast, light spice, light sour fruit, citrus and semi sweet - body is medium, acidic, and with high carbonation – aftertaste of yeast, some sweetness, light spice, acidic Rynoplasty (500), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Dec 30, 2007 Pours a hazy golden brown with a medium sized head. Aroma is of wheat and yeast, and the taste is mainly malted wheat. Definitley more of a wheat ale than a hefe, lacking the spicy notes of a real hefe. Maybe a slight spice tatste in the background but not much. Still a decent wheat ale and pretty cheap for a 12 pack. But Franzikaner is about the same price and is a real hefe so I probably won’t get it again unless it is convienient. UofFkid (108), Orlando, Florida, USA Dec 28, 2007 Bottle. Pours hazy golden with medium head. Very weak in my opinion. Doesn’t match there other fine offerings. adrian910ss (1395), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 21, 2007 Courtesy of my cousin, Tim. Pours a hazy yellow golden honey with a medium sized white head. Weak aroma of wheat with a hint of banana. Taste is watery and wheaty with a honey banana flavor. Average. Swalden28 (1439), McKinney, Texas, USA Dec 21, 2007 Updated: Apr 9, 2008Seemed like a very generic heffeweizen, nothing special. Basic gold cloudy haze with basic bannana-clove aroma and flavor. Good beer....
