Mar 23, 2007 I was somewhat disappointed with this beer. I’m a huge fan of Hefeweizens and wheat beers, but this one was average at best. The appearance and aroma were so-so. Not cloudy like I would have imagined. The taste was also okay. Some hops and a little lemon. An okay beer.

Mar 23, 2007 Deep apricot color with quickly thinning white head. Nose is lemony and yeasty. Flavor was somewhat disappointing...somewhat hoppy, but nothing distinctive, and somewhat rough for a Hefe...slightly below average in the Hefe field IMO. Palate was relatively smooth, and some bitterness was noted in the aftertaste...an OK wheat

Mar 20, 2007 Tap... came out a thick, bright yellow with a contrasty white head. Sweet, citrus aroma. Flavors of citrus, yeast, malt, and a just a touch of hops to balance it all out. Not as robust as a lot of other American wheats, but still well suited.

Mar 14, 2007 Get some light fruit and wheat in the aroma.Pours a cloudy orange with a large white head.Bitter fruit and a very light watery flavor.Not a lot going on in this one.Thin mouthfeel with a slight light fruit finish.

Mar 11, 2007 Cloudy orange color with a bright white head. A lot of sediment in the bottle--as it should be. Fruity, yeasty aroma; nice and strong. Flavor is a little hoppy with fruit more in the background. A little more bitter than I prefer for a hefe.

Mar 10, 2007 Drinkable... Although notes of citrus are detected, and yes it is wheaty it is not the best. But with that being said it is mellow and good for hot days. Refreshing, and light-medium copper coloration that is slightly cloudy.
