Commercial Description:
The standard by which all other wheat beers are judged. Our deliciously deranged American-Style Hefeweizen is an award winning take on this Bavarian classic. This refreshingly unfiltered wheat ale delivers a distinctively smooth flavor worth sharing with friends.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Yeast, grain, and a slight hint of citrus sum up the aroma. Taste is very light. Wheat and yeast are the bulk of the flavor. Light and refreshing, but not a good representation of a Hefe.

Oregon Brew Fest: hazy brown aroma of slightly stale wheat malt, flavor not very interesting but not offensive.

Pours a bit dark. No real hop presence which I miss. Good flavor with pepper, lemon, and yeasty notes. Good mouthfeel. A crisp beer to enjoy on the golf course.

Slightly bland but clean tasting, refreshing hefe. Clean tasting, nice yeasts and some citrus, but flavors were quite mild. Would drink it again if offered, but probably not buy it.

Pours hazy golden with a big white head. Nose is bready. Taste is wheat and yeast. Nice and drinkable, but nothing really remarkable going on here.
