Strage flavor that is like a cross with a rough cheap American lager and an American Wheat. This seems softer when I had it last. Some rough citrus hops noticable(Cluster?) apost8n8 (123), Oklahoma, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 25, 2005 Draft at Anthony’s in Bellingham, WA and from the bottle in the same week. The draf tof course was much better. Orange and cloudy but the bottle poured clear. Nice thick and creamy off-white head from both. Decent Hef. lamas (728), Adams Morgan, Washington DC, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 14, 2005 Bottle. Best by date: 07/28/05. Dull, hazy gold pour with two-finger thick off-white head. A little fizzy. Aroma is yeasty and tangy with some bananas and peaches and a hint of nutmeg. Where’s the flavor? Medium-bodied and smooth. Only slightly crisp. More sour than tangy. Lemon and a little banana dominate the flavor with a touch of spiciness. DerBiermeister (524), Birmingham, Alabama, USA

It is lightly salty and effervescent, easy to drink and crisp. It is simple, delicious, and unpretentious. Aesir (127), California, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 5, 2005 I kind of like the cloudy look of the beer before I drink it. It makes me think maybe there are flavor crystals floating about. But upon tasting, it’s probably just dirty wheat. No head, but plenty of fizz. Tastes of stale wheat and slight lemon zest. Don’t get me wrong, there are worse things, but if your coming into this looking for flavor crystals, look elsewhere. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 3, 2005 Medium colored cloudy gold. This poured with a relatively large head. The aroma is perfume and peaches. There is also a hint if nutmeg rather than clove. The taste is a relatively sour lemon and banana. There is also a hint of clove spice in the finish. This coudl use a different yeast or something ot make it less sour. Still, better than many American wheats. Ron (1037), Rochester, New York, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 29, 2005 I did not have my trusty lemon wedge and Weisbier glass while I was vacationing in California so the rating for this Wheat beer would be lower than others. Maybe I’ll try it again someday. jb (1057), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 24, 2005 Dark yellow, darker than a normal hefeweizen, some white head that hung around. Bananas in aroma. Creamy palate, dry hoppy finish, good but I prefer the more delicate German wheat beers.
