Commercial Description:
The standard by which all other wheat beers are judged. Our deliciously deranged American-Style Hefeweizen is an award winning take on this Bavarian classic. This refreshingly unfiltered wheat ale delivers a distinctively smooth flavor worth sharing with friends.

Tap. Golden yellow color, smallish white head that didn’t leave any lacing, cloudy. Aroma is citrusy, estery, some banana in there too, pleasant and comlemented nicely by a slice of lemon. Flavor is a bit weak, get some hints of citrus flavors, wheat, and yeast, but none of those stand out much, pretty nondescript. Banana flavors come through in the finish. Fairly smooth, but didn’t really have the crisp mouthfeel of a good wheat beer. Probably not something that I would pay $4 a pint for again.

(Draft) Pours a cloudy yellow body with a thick creamy white head. Light citrus and banana aroma. Flavor of sugar, citrus, and wheat.

Pours a nice cloudy dark straw, exactly what a hef should look like. Aroma is very mild, a slight acidity, but not much else. Could be too cold to get an aroma. Flavor is thin, uninspired, clean but not much there. Not something I go out of my way to drink.

I’m biased cuz I drink this stuff rather often, but it’s an interesting version of hefeweizen unlike the bavarian style. Tastes best after a 120 degree day in Las Vegas, and with the wheat enough nourishment as well ;) Probably not as good as some others, but one of my favs-and widely available in Nevada.

Poured a cloudy caramel amber with a nice foamy head and good lacing. Good clean light citris aroma. Flavor is good.. a little banana a bit of caramel. This is a good easy drinking beer. I think it would make a good summer beer in a cold glass when the temp is 120 as it seems as it would be very refreshing.

Tap poured cloudy with a weak head. Pretty bland in flavor, malty and yeasty without any remarkable edge. Not much citrus, even with a lemon wedge.

This beer is a cloudy yellow, not really golden, looks almost like it has lemon or banana in it. Smooth, almost to the point where it disappears before you realize you have had anything to drink. Very light and needs some lemon or something to add bite.

No head! A little too carbonated and tastes like it has added carmel flavor. No good bread or yeast notes, not real deep. Smooth, goes down easy, a good fruity kick, but lacks sustinence on the palate. Smacks sweet.
