Commercial Description:
The standard by which all other wheat beers are judged. Our deliciously deranged American-Style Hefeweizen is an award winning take on this Bavarian classic. This refreshingly unfiltered wheat ale delivers a distinctively smooth flavor worth sharing with friends.

Very thin, watery, corny taste, much like a cheap beer. Difficult to distinguish this one from a Miller High Life. Seriously.

(Draft) Light cloudy yellow, good head with a citrus yeast aroma. Easy drinking with yeasty profile and a sour tang, not agresive but a session beer for sure.

Not bad at all - very very wheaty, sourish, less sweet bubblegum, especially when warm. In fact, the palate is nice here, but the flavors don’t hold up all that well. But still, some pepper, spiciness, tanginess make it trad.

Crisp, wheaty head. Hazy, deep orange color. Bold, fresh, floral and fruit notes: honey, citrus, lemon zest. Little hop intrusion, but some bitterness lies on the palate. Solid, chewy texture. Hops re-emerge, flood the mouth, dance around the teeth and gums. Beautifully refreshing! To the crap lager drinkers of the world, I wish a taste of this fine ale, to shatter their beer worldview, and , if Heaven permits, rebuild it!

Bottled this time, not nearly as good. A little thicker taste than the other hefs i have tried, but not a knockout by any stretch....the search continues...

I thought this hefe was just fine cuz i was able to drink more than 3 12 ouncers and not get sick of it unlike other brands. Perhaps if it had just a tad bit more wheat and bannana added it would really come across well. Head could of been thicker too.

Amber/blondish in color with a slight haze, white medium head, light acidic aroma. A soft clean taste, with just a hint of hoppiness, went down smooth. It was ok, just lacked a overall thickness.
