A light lemony aroma and flavor made this pretty bland, even after a hot hike in 100 degree weather. If a style like this fails there.. wow. tronraner (1933), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 27, 2007 Bottle. Pours a cloudy, muddy yellow with thin white head. The aroma is clove, zest, pepper, and various other spices. The flavor is like banana bread, with alcohol, clove, and mulling spices. The banana comes out especially in the finish. Kind of a weird aftertaste. Ok, but not great. DanielBrown (1919), Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, England

Good, sweet balanced flavour, good yeastiness and remains light and refreshing. Nice big, fluffy head, and mustard colour. Smells as creamy and sweet as it looks. I’ve been awake for about 24 hours at this point, but a few swigs of this and I’m feeling better already. Kevin (1918), Colorado, USA
