| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 5, 2009 Shaker pint draft, at the Seattle taproom at SEATAC. Pour is cloudy orange golden with a smallish white head. Served with a lemon I plucked off, but lemon citrus is still the primary aroma. After giving it a few minutes to clear, some very faint citric wheat comes across. Taste is a lot more of the citric, slight earthy wheat, followed by bright citrus. Also get some floral in the back. Palate is nice and full, yet light with active carbonation. Nice drinkable unfiltered wheat beer. BuckeyeBoy (1670), Boise, Idaho, USA

Good finish. An average American Wheat.
