Commercial Description:
The standard by which all other wheat beers are judged. Our deliciously deranged American-Style Hefeweizen is an award winning take on this Bavarian classic. This refreshingly unfiltered wheat ale delivers a distinctively smooth flavor worth sharing with friends.

Haha - I had this back in the day before they came up with all the wacky name changes. A nice American wheat, but don’t go in expecting German.

Poured a hazy yellow color with minimal head. Aroma is wheat and a faint citrus note. Flavor is mildly citrus, but mainly just wheat. Not the best in its style by any means.

A few bottles at a "Bar Mitzvah" themed party where it was the only non-macro. I’m not Jewish, but I was bummed they didn’t have Manischewitz. Oh well. This stuff isn’t bad. Yellow-orange color, white head. Aroma is a standard wheat with a little spice. Flavor is wheaty with banana and spice, not complex but really refreshing. Palate is really smooth and nice for the style. Incredibly drinkable.

Slightly cloudy golden color with a white head. Slightly doughy aroma with a faint hint of citrus. Pretty thin and watery with a slightly acidic finish. Nothing special at all.

Pours slightly foggy and sparkling golden with a two finger white head. Nose is decent, with some grain sweetness and light bitterness. The flavor is refreshing and light with the same sweetness and a subtle bitter finish.

I rather liked this beer. Slightly bitter and hoppy, somewhat dry. The best part was the tasty and dry finish, it leaves you wanting more. Definitely earns a 5 on palate.

Tasted somewhere along my trip through the States.
Hazy yellow colored brew. Wheaty, citric and watery. Not that good, but refreshing.
