Apr 3, 2009 A few bottles at a "Bar Mitzvah" themed party where it was the only non-macro. I’m not Jewish, but I was bummed they didn’t have Manischewitz. Oh well. This stuff isn’t bad. Yellow-orange color, white head. Aroma is a standard wheat with a little spice. Flavor is wheaty with banana and spice, not complex but really refreshing. Palate is really smooth and nice for the style. Incredibly drinkable.

Apr 22, 2008 Thank god this insn’t listed as a Hefeweizen because I was about to rip it a new one. Pours a cloudy golden color with a medium to large sized soapy/fluffy white head. Looks decent. Nose is sour and grassy. Some banana esters, but nothing on the level of a hefe. Taste is acidic, carbonated, grassy, wheat like, and just generally unbalanced and harsh on the palate. Boooooooo.

Jun 4, 2005 Opaque buff with no head. Wheat with some citrus and spice. Strage flavor that is like a cross with a rough cheap American lager and an American Wheat. This seems softer when I had it last. Some rough citrus hops noticable(Cluster?)

Jan 1, 2003 Golden cloudy color. Initial odor of rising bread fades quickly. Slightly sour citrus flavor.

Hazy yellow colored brew. Wheaty, citric and watery. Not that good, but refreshing.

Aug 28, 2002 Hazy, muddy appearance. Aroma is citrusy and yeasty. Flavor, however, was a bit weak. Front-end was somewhat sweet, with a low yeast flavor. Immediate aftertaste is just a bit sour, but mostly watery. Just an ’ok’ beer.

Feb 3, 2007 Pour is hazy orange. Aroma of orange, spice ,and wheat. Flavors of malt, wheat, and some lemon and spice. Refreshing beer thats good with pizza.
