May 16, 2006 Light citrus and banana aroma with a pour that is a cloudy orange with a decent white head. The flavor has some malty sweetness with light notes of bananas. The finish is light and mild.

Mar 9, 2008 2007 Bottle - This is just a no nonsense, easy drinkin NW hef. Yeasty and cloudy in all of it’s unfiltered glory, I just really like this beer. Don’t look for any groundbreaking characteristices here, it’s just an approachable and enjoyable wheat.

Aug 11, 2006 22 oz. Not much aroma at all, some biscuity yeast smell. Light bodied very smooth taste. Some citrus. Thin bodied. Too mellow and watery.

pours a very cloudy orange with a medium size white head that goes away quickly, a little sediment, and very good lacing.
smells of wheat, some banana, and a touch of citrus, and a little bit of fish.
taste is of grain, wheat, some citrus, and bread yeast, and some banana, ends a little dry and thick on the tongue.

Nov 15, 2003 Appearance: Nice dark yellow, cloudy with a large foamy white head..carbonation looks attractive.
I smell some sourness, though not strong, fresh hay comes to mind, though there is no great amount of aroma at all!
Pretty clean cut taste , I taste a fresh bread, doughy flavour..some slight acidity leaves a small amount of hoppy bitterness near the end.
This beer feels too carbonated for my personal tastes, very "thin" in the mouth..OK but not good.
A pretty easy to drink beer for a nice hot July day, but theres a lot of beer that can do that same thing!

Aug 16, 2002 Not as original as I once remembered it being....I guess that’s my tastes changing and not the beer. All of the good hefe flavors are there, but just not enough slap in the face for me. I will still take it over many hefes out there.
