Smooth and pretty malty. Good on a hot day for sure...but there are better. shrubber85 (2920), Wallhalben, Germany

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 18, 2004 Bottle. Pleasant lightly citrus/wheat aroma. Cloudy pale amber color with a quickly disapearing head. Slightly sour citrus flavor. Some other fruits in the background, but it leaves a sour taste in the mouth. Just not what I’d like. There are better hefeweizens out there. This just doesn’t have any oomph. BMan1113VR (2890), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 23, 2008 Not too impressive. Very wheaty aroma. Large, frothy, off-white head covering a hazy gold body. Corny and bitter taste, not too much wheat. Dry mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Not impressed. Dogbrick (2864), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 22, 2002 This is a good ’burger beer’. I skipped the lemon probably because that’s how Corona tries to disguise the fact that there is no flavor. That was almost the case here, but this was a refreshing, glossy-smooth drink that tasted good ice-cold. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 17, 2007 Even for an american wheat hefe this is weak. Just not much flavor to it and what it has is rather aweful. Nothing stands out, wheat taste is watery and bland. I also don’t get where they get crisp from, there is almost no carbonation, leading to very little dryness, watery and flat mouthfeel, this beer is the opposite of crisp. Lively carbonation; thin and light texture. Couldn't really find the typical banana and clove. More like an "American Wheat" than a Hefeweizen. Light malts, slightly sticky. Mild bitterness (herbal). Finished dry on the tongue and cloying in the throat. Pinch of citrus, but falls short. Kind of bland and boring.
