Dec 3, 2001 Fine cloudy golden color, very smooth taste, slightly bitter. This is a fine wheat beer but not a true hefeweizen.

Aug 22, 2003 This one has a murky, deep golden hue and the aroma of banana-nut bread, with a rich, pleasing wheat taste. Yes, the head on this one was a bit lame, but the rich flavor more than makes up for that!

May 25, 2006 I absolutely love the memory of drinking this beer on tap across from Safeco Field in Seattle. With a lemon in it and it’s golden color it is perfect for a brunch. I always felt excellent heading to the games, Go Mariners!

Feb 20, 2007 Still one of my favorite hefes. I like the drinkability and the lighter taste of the hefe. Great with or without lemon. Wheat taste really comes out, like drinking a fresh wheat roll. Refreshing and light while still very flavorful.

Jul 1, 2003 Good hefeweizen. Probably the best hefe you're going to get that is brewed on this side of the Atlantic. If you want the best that you can get, I'd go for a Tuchor.

Aug 28, 2006 Bottled - Bought this with low expectations... Pours a cloudy orange... Aroma is yeast and citrus with an apple scent... Flavor has a refreshing citrus taste with a little sweetness... I’m not fond of Pyramid beers ... but this is probaby their best... good hefe IMO... I’d buy it again.. they won me over

Jan 11, 2007 Pleasant brew with typical hefeweizen characteristics. Has a good flavor although the Apricot Hefeweizen has a little more flavor.

Sep 30, 2005 I’ve alwasy found this hefe to be better than many of the other American ones out there. yeasty and crisp...if you get ahcne check it out at on of their Breweries/Pub for the better tasting tap version. You can even watch a movie outdoor in their parking lot in the summer.
