May 22, 2004 Cloudy straw color,with a small white head that was short lived.The aroma was wheaty and yeasty with a mild spice note to it with a mild fruity side.The flavor was nothing special but still decent.Mildly fruity with a decent wheat flavor a mild yeastiness and mild spice.Not bad but could use a little work to be better.Would make a good brew for a hot day.

Jul 2, 2002 A nice aroma and good texture but this was just too overhopped for a Weizen. I know the NW loves hops but come on, to me this is just way over hopped for the style. But still drinkable.

Aug 17, 2006 On Tap at Fado Seattle (sans lemon slice - YUK!). Muddy cloudy yellow beige with a small short lasting white head. Served maybe a touch too cold. Citrusy sourdough yeasty aroma. Medium light dry palate. Flavours are decent citrusy grapefruit (hey why add the lemon folks!!!!) and medium to light bitter hops. Mild sweetness leading to dry clean finish.
