Commercial Description:
The standard by which all other wheat beers are judged. Our deliciously deranged American-Style Hefeweizen is an award winning take on this Bavarian classic. This refreshingly unfiltered wheat ale delivers a distinctively smooth flavor worth sharing with friends.

Cloudy straw color, with a small white head that was short lived. The aroma was wheaty and yeasty with a mild spice note to it with a mild fruity side. The flavor was nothing special but still decent.Mildly fruity with a decent wheat flavor a mild yeastiness and mild spice. Not bad but could use a little work to be better.Would make a good brew for a hot day.

very hazy & cloudy appearance, bubbly white head that disappeared very quickly, very little by way of aroma, fizzy & medium body, lots of banana flavor, hints of clove or corriander, spicy banana finish

not my favorite style of beer, but better than most. Sweet, decent body, I’d drink this over most other american hefes.

Overall solid Hefeweizen. Refreshing but I didn’t like the sour aftertaste

A nice aroma and good texture but this was just too overhopped for a Weizen. I know the NW loves hops but come on, to me this is just way over hopped for the style. But still drinkable.

Some citric spiciness, but somewhat plain. Nice cloudy/hazy pale yellow color. (on tap, Flying Saucer, Addison, TX)

On Tap at Fado Seattle (sans lemon slice - YUK!). Muddy cloudy yellow beige with a small short lasting white head. Served maybe a touch too cold. Citrusy sourdough yeasty aroma. Medium light dry palate. Flavours are decent citrusy grapefruit (hey why add the lemon folks!!!!) and medium to light bitter hops. Mild sweetness leading to dry clean finish.
