| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 8, 2006 Only had the Apricot Ale until this one. Pours nice with a fluffy white head that dissipates after the first few sips. Perfect rich, cloudy golden-orange color. No stand-out aromas to speak of other than the basic yeasty, unfiltered wheat smell. No complex tastes either, but a good, clean, smooth heffe with a good palate. Goes down easy. I couldn’t stop myself from drinking it quickly. The first glass only lasted me about six minutes. This makes a great drinking beer for a reasonable micro price. I would buy it again. Not too bad of a hefe but there are better ones out there, has more of a bitter taste than preferred with weis beers. Easy to drink good summer beer. Rotorhead87 (117), Temple, Texas, USA

Cloudy orange/yellow with a nice white head. Flavors of wheat and yeast, almost fruity yeast flavor. Slightly thick mouth feel with light carbonation. This is a pretty solid every day drinking Hef.
