Commercial Description:
The standard by which all other wheat beers are judged. Our deliciously deranged American-Style Hefeweizen is an award winning take on this Bavarian classic. This refreshingly unfiltered wheat ale delivers a distinctively smooth flavor worth sharing with friends.

Tap. Cloudy yellow. Small head. Pretty boring and bland, a little light on the wheat. Goes down pretty easy, though.

Pours to a yellowish-orange with lots of carbonation and a medium white head. Strong aromma of wheat and dough. Taste of wheat, with maltiness and slight fruit. Good finish.

Only had the Apricot Ale until this one. Pours nice with a fluffy white head that dissipates after the first few sips. Perfect rich, cloudy golden-orange color. No stand-out aromas to speak of other than the basic yeasty, unfiltered wheat smell. No complex tastes either, but a good, clean, smooth heffe with a good palate. Goes down easy. I couldn’t stop myself from drinking it quickly. The first glass only lasted me about six minutes. This makes a great drinking beer for a reasonable micro price. I would buy it again.

A good American style Hefe. Not the best, not the worst. Refreshing. Would try again.

Typical hefe, nice yellow/golden cloudy color. Not too bad of a hefe but there are better ones out there, has more of a bitter taste than preferred with weis beers. Easy to drink good summer beer.

A standard, if unimpressive, hefeweizen. A bit too sweet for my tastes, but I always have preferred dunkelweizens anyway. Worth a try at least.

Not a bad tasting hefeweizen. Fairly smooth with a bit of a wheat kick. Not too shabby.

On tap @ home from the kegerator. Yeasty aroma with hints of straw and bananas. Cloudy orange/yellow with a nice white head. Flavors of wheat and yeast, almost fruity yeast flavor. Slightly thick mouth feel with light carbonation. This is a pretty solid every day drinking Hef.
