A good pale ale but pretty dry, not much of a bite at the end to keep you thirsty for more. It has a good flavor but it just leaves you hanging. No closure to this beer I’d buy this beer again.

Update: Attractive red-copper color with thick foamy head. Buttery and citric aroma. Smooth, some caramel and nut flavors. Tingly hoppiness and surprisingly well balanced. Really an american amber?

They’ve corrected the line problems at the Pyramid, Berkeley. No more shoe or sourness. Still not much of a beer here. Not ’soft hopped’ enough to taste English and nowhere close to an APA in terms of brightness.

Good English style pale. A little more hopped than others of its style. Has a nice amber hue and subtle carmel flavor.

It’s an average pale ale. Not as good as some, but drinkable.

An average American pale...dry caramel malt flavor, very large hop character. Balance is slightly lacking.
