For Seattle, this one is a little light, but it is still a well-made and enjoyable pint. On tap, this is called Best Bitter.

Hazy amber color. Nice fruity aroma: mango and peach. The body is not very strong, anyway it’s quite malty, and the bitterness is pleasant, the hop partially fruity and aromatic. Easy but enjoyable.

Hazy copper body topped by small beige head. Aroma is floral, moderately sweet, berry, light caramel. Taste is hoppy, fairly sweet, and slightly acidic, finishing floral bitter. Medium body.

Crystal clear copper-coloured beer with a thin off-white head. Sweet caramel malt and citrusy grapefruity hops. The flavour is also sweet with a spicy character and a bitter finish. Well-balanced.

Dark copper color with a very large head which clings to the glass for a long time. Nose is a musty, nutty Fall-like hop aroma. Pale and bland throughout with some old apple and pear flavor, and a bit of biting hops towards the end. Drinkable but not very flavorful.

Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark amber. Aroma is moderately malty (cookie, caramel), moderately hoppy (resin, flowers), lightly yeasty (dough), with notes of apricot and toffee. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, metallic. Promising aroma ruined by a metallic and unclean aftertaste.
