Clean gold with a thin white head. Aroma of heavy malt and yeast with a slight papery note. Flavour is malt, wheat, cereal and cardboard. Bitter yet malty finish. Nothing special.

Mar 16, 2007 Bottle. Nice and quite clean, with sweetish pale malt notes, bready maly. Some notciable alcohol. But quite clean and crisp in the finish.

Feb 16, 2007 Bottle from Battersea BF 2007 drunk on the train on the way home. Gold colour with thin lasting white head. Hop and toffee aroma, fine in mouth, good sharp finish with crisp hops and more toffee. Pretty good lager. I like this.
