Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - Summer.
"A real ale with a hint of continental looks, taste and aroma. We’ve called it Quartz Extra Blonde because of its light colour and finish."

(Cask at Market Porter, Borough, London, 28 Nov 2007) Pale amber colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of pears and green apples. Fruity taste with apricots and sweetish hints of wheat. On the bland side.

Cask (Peterborough BF 2007) Pleasant light ale. Full of lightly-roasted malt taste, maybe a kind of breadiness, but lacks guts.
