Aug 18, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Hazy gold in color with a decent sized white head. Aroma is of vegetables (carrots and celery, fruit, earth, and floral. Taste is of fruit, booze, light hops, and cinnamon.

Aug 12, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Poured a hazy yellow w/ white head. Flavor was of orange, honey, and cinnamon. Smell was of caramel, banana, cherry, and bourbon. Not too bad of a beer.

Aug 7, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The smell is fruits, yeast, gum, alcohol, hops, and floral. The look is golden in color and has a fluffy white head. The taste is sweet, fruits, spices, and alcohol.

Jul 6, 2009 750ml Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours an orange/yellow with nice head. The nose is alcohol, yeast, fruit, banana oil and quite complex. The taste has all these elements, but the alcohol is not present; very well hidden. The beer has a nice light dose of hops to round out what is a very well balanced beer. Quite good.

Jun 23, 2009 Cloudy deep gold pour. Aroma is pretty sweet with caramel, raisin, sauteed apples and wine. Lots going on. Tastes sweet overall with grass, raisins, earth, caramel, and a bit of heat making itself known, but not annoying. Full bodied and creamy. Really good.
