750ml Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours an orange/yellow with nice head. The nose is alcohol, yeast, fruit, banana oil and quite complex. The taste has all these elements, but the alcohol is not present; very well hidden. The beer has a nice light dose of hops to round out what is a very well balanced beer. Quite good.

Cloudy deep gold pour. Aroma is pretty sweet with caramel, raisin, sauteed apples and wine. Lots going on. Tastes sweet overall with grass, raisins, earth, caramel, and a bit of heat making itself known, but not annoying. Full bodied and creamy. Really good.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a hazy gold with nice white fizzy head. Aroma has some nice fruity notes with some nice citrus. Flavor is very nice, malt, some farmhouse, citrus, faint clove and banana. Mouth feel is light-medium body with high fizzy carbonation. Overall, very tasty, refreshing beer...

Dégusté avec french tickler le 14 mai 2007. Lightly cloudy golden poor with a foamy white head. Aromas of pinnaples, peppery, peaches, apricot. You can definitely feel and taste the alcohol. Good bitterness and sweet presence. Very lively effervescence. Lacing is apparent. Added green bananas to the flavors. creamy mouthfeel with a long bitter aftertaste. Good overall. NOTE: to drink around 8-10 degrees celcius.

Bottle (750ml). Shared with blankboy, garthicus, gregclow, jerc and mabel, via trade with glouglouburp. Cloudy light amber pour, large frothy white head, decent remnant of lace. Sweet and yeasty aroma, not too boozy - spicy and fruity; nice! Taste - bitterness from the alcohol, slightly grassy - pungent. Somewhat thick body, quite lively, the yeast and fruit really last into the finish. Thanks, Dany, this one’s quite sophisticated.
