mullet2007 (115), Newfoundland, Canada Jul 31, 2008 Pours a crystal clear yellow colour with virtually no head. Smell is kind of corny and cooked vegetablesy. There’s a bit of sweet malts underneath the corn. Flavour is again, corny, and a little bit creamy. It’s excessively sweet, but not in a malty sort of way so much as kinda sugary. Carbonation is perhaps a touch low, and mouthfeel is reasonably thick, and you can definitely notice that it’s 7%.
