(160508) yngwie (3454), Kristiansand, Norway Jul 2, 2008 On tap at Århus Ølfestival. Served an unclear, murkish brown body with a quite small beige head. Dried fruits, mostly raisins, and sweetness dominated the aroma, with some alcohol shining through. Quite sweetish flavor with roasted malt and a little bitterness. Warming, full-bodied mouthfeel. Belgo-sweet finish. Considering it’s a 6.5% beer, the alcohol is very evident, but not in an annoying way. Quite nice. (080516) Dedollewaitor (2036), Odense, Denmark Jun 11, 2008 Tap at Aarhus beerfestival. Pours amber/brown with a creamy head. Aroma & taste is sugar, yeast, fruits & caramel. Rather simple - yet very drinkable. Medium bodied. Enjoyable!
