| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 8, 2009 Drauht @ Lord Nelson. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Small beige head. Aroma of yeast, fruits and spice. Flavour is spiced, fruity and has a caramelly touch. Medium bodied. A bit dry. More sweet and spiced than bitter in the end. Maybe a slight touch of bitterness, but not any distinct notes. Nothing near hoppyness, but still quite drinkable. but to call to call it Hoppy Christmas is a misnomer.
