Malt filled and well hopped. Dark in colour and flavor - caramel and roasted malt Blom (647), Odense, Denmark Mar 19, 2008 Hazy mahogany with a big dense head. Nice aroma of grape and cucumber with hoppy, fruity flavours that finishes quite bitter. There are also some caramel and a notes of burned bread.
chris_o (4409), London, Greater London, England Jul 21, 2007 Bottle at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Mid brown colour. More APA than IPA I’d say. Plenty of hops. Grapefruit and leafy herbaceous notes dominate. Some light fruity malt too. The Cascade seems more prominent than the Fuggles and Goldings. Good firm mouthfeel. Very tasty. Of the new breweries I tried, Raasted impressed me most.
