Brewed by 3 different sorts of malt and lots of hops. The residual sweetness balances wll with the bitterness and the hop flavors. There has been used Cascade, Fuggles, and East Kent Goldings.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy golden hazzlenut brown with a lacing off-white head. Solid caramel malty aroma with a distinct hoppy fruity note. Flavour is the same with dominant hops and a mild sweet caramel malt base. Dry and hoppy finish.

Bottle. Hop aroma. Hazy amber color with a thick beige head. Pleasant malt body with a powerful flower and hop flavor. Strong hop palate with a nice bitterness. Nice.

Hazy mahogany with a big dense head. Nice aroma of grape and cucumber with hoppy, fruity flavours that finishes quite bitter. There are also some caramel and a notes of burned bread.

Bottle at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Mid brown colour. More APA than IPA I’d say. Plenty of hops. Grapefruit and leafy herbaceous notes dominate. Some light fruity malt too. The Cascade seems more prominent than the Fuggles and Goldings. Good firm mouthfeel. Very tasty. Of the new breweries I tried, Raasted impressed me most.
