Re-rate February 2008. Basically same comments, but I added two points in flavour/overall, for a better pronounced bitterness (probably due to a tired palate at the festival) Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2007. Clear golden beer with a medium lasting, white head. Citrus and peach in the hop dominated aroma. Initially sweet, with plenty bitterness and some hop flavour to make up for it.

Hazy deep orange with a off white head. An aroma of citrus and grapefruits. A flavor of grapefruit, citrus, grass, caramel and clovers.

Beautiful amber color; the head reduces to a thin layer, persistent. The aroma is immediately fruity and sweet; it then shows light vanilla and very light cheesy yeast. Good mouthfeel and body; the malt has become mellow with age; there is a good toffee flavor, some caramel; the bitterness level is excellent, biting but not too strong, well combined in the end with a pleasant alcohol warmth; the hopping is less aromatic than it used to be, with sweet resins, traces of bitter oranges and not much more fruits; light traces of yeast too. The final reminds dark caramel and rhubarb candies, long and balanced. It survived well and gained in harmony and complexity.

Cloudy golden color. I would expect more form the aroma. Full body, malty, good mix of sweetness and bitterness, good hopping, a bit resiny, fruity (grapefruit). Very good.

Bottle. Light amber colour with a huge mostly lastng white head. Powerful hoppy aroma and taste with fruity notes, without the hops being to dominating. Well balanced.
