Raasted Triple IPA

Bottle. Creamy off-white excellent fully lasting head. Light amber colour. Light malty fantastic powerfull hoppy aroma. Really powerfull bitter flavor. Long finish. Creamy palate. Fantastic beer, this is in "eat it, dont drink it" categorie.

Draught at københavnske øldage 07. Golden / orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is hop, fruit, malt, sweet. Nice hoppy beer.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. A hazy golden-orange beer with an off-white head. Malt and hops melt together nicely in the aroma, but it feels a bit sweet. Quite sweet flavor as well, with some beef-stock and a generous amounts of hops. Full body. Long, kinda balanced, yet hoppy finish. I may sound a little dissatisfied with it, but in fact it is a really nice beer. (070511)

KØ07. Beautiful hop aroma. Milky orange colour, no head. The flavour has a very nice, sweet hoppiness along with nice pepper/alcohol flavour. Not overly bitter, but with a good alcohol level. Solid mouthfeel.

tap. murky gold color. no head. quite bitter but very fresh. lots of hops. some fruityness and sweetness. very good.

Københavnske Øldage 07. Draught and bottle, the latter the best. Nice orange color and a nice creamy head. The aroma is nicely, fruity hopped and the flavour has a mellow, slightly sweet caramel base, upon which the citrussy and fruity hops dance on my tongue. Mouthfeel is oily, and it’s a nice beer for sure! 2203

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours golden orange. Aroma of flowery hops and a sweet malt base. Flavour is malty and good floral hoppy citric. Finish is soft malty.

Draught. Reddish amber coloured. Unclear. Fluffy beige head. Fruits, herbs, pine and light spice in the aroma. Flavour of pine and flowers. Is fruity with some herbal and light spicy notes. Is medium to full bodied. Is quite balanced. Is immensly bitter in the end. Refreshingly citric and dry.
