Ungstrup (10853), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 30, 2007 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is very hoppy - you can sense it from afar when pouring it, but it also has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is very sweet and very powerful with strong notes of malt, spices, and hops, both the hops and the alcohol rips at the throat in the end, but for a hop head in a very nice way. omhper (10141), Stockholm, Sweden May 21, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy amber, caramelly nose. Sweet, a bit thick with full body. Quite a lot of flowery, grassy, piney hops. Salty very bitter finish. Fairly well balanced for a 10% beer. Simple, but good. Papsoe (9771), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 17, 2007 (On tap) Slightly hazy, amber golden with an off-white head. Citrusy aroma.
